While we offer global shipping, delivery delays can occasionally occur, so ensuring the accuracy of your billing and shipping addresses is crucial to avoid rerouting issues. Unfortunately, Celestial Fine Art Gallery is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately to file a claim.

Celestial Fine Art Gallery offers a 14-day return window from the date you receive your item, allowing you to request a return within this period. To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received: unused and in its original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase required.

Upon accepting your return, we will provide a return shipping label, billed to your account, along with detailed return instructions. Returns must be sent to our address at 2010 Washington Drive, Ventura, CA 93003, and unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the artwork is defective or incorrect, allowing us to address and resolve the issue promptly. We are not liable for any damage or loss during shipping; however, please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods for claim processing.

Exceptions: We cannot accept returns on custom products, special orders, personalized items, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges: For an exchange, return the original item and, once accepted, place a new order for the desired product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: For orders shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Refunds: Our refund window is open until 30 days post-delivery. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a return, and ensure items are shipped back within 30 days from the order date. Celestial Fine Art Gallery does not cover return shipping costs; use a trackable shipping service to guarantee receipt and processing of your return. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
