Shipping policy
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 5-14 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there are any significant delays, we will inform you by email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: We offer global shipping Please contact us for a shipping estimate. Delivery delays can occasionally occur, so please ensure your billing and shipping addresses are correct when placing your order to prevent rerouting issues.
Custom Duties:
- International Orders: The customer is responsible for all custom fees, taxes, and duties. These fees are not included in our shipping costs.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. The tracking number will activate within 24 hours. Celestial Fine Art Gallery will email you trackable info for the custom shipping options.
Damages: Celestial Fine Art Gallery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us immediately to initiate a claim.
